The WS-1200 SoM (System on Module) is a high-performance, low-power embedded designed for a wide range of applications, including the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and industrial control.
It is implemented a PMIC “(MT6365/MT6360/MT6315)” as power supply circuit.
The Ethernet PHY is implemented as standard and can send/receive data at 10/100/1000Mbps.
Terminals not used on this board are connected to the 314-pin 0.5-mm pitch connector, which can be used in conjunction with a Carrier Board. It also allows for the development of the Carrier Board that meet the needs ofdevelopment.
FPC Connector 32pin Secondary CSI-2 interface (CSI1), which can be used in one of the following configurations:
Two 2-data lane interfaces in D-PHY mode, or One 4-data lane interface in D-PHY mode, or One 3-trio interface in C-PHY mode, or Two 2-trio interfaces in C-PHY mode
M.2 E-key slot reserved for 5G/WIFI6 module expansion
